As summer draws close, classrooms are being packed up and the days are signaling that a new season is upon us. Our summer days are filled with adventures led by the little ones in our homes, venturing out to new places, and of course, book stacks filled with new ideas and insights waiting to be discovered!
Although summer holds a change of pace for many of us, here at AWG we treasure the potential that summer holds. We see this season as a time for further learning and exploration through reading, listening, writing, and conversations that nourish our minds, hearts, and souls. One of our favorite rhythms is to build a book stack for the months ahead. These beloved displays are far more than visual decor; they are invitations to learn, ponder, and embrace the spaces that books offer readers. Whether it’s young adult fiction, informational reads, professional texts, or stories that take you into another world, we are grateful for a season marked by book stacks that lead us to create and further our beliefs on literacy, language and learning.
We would love to hear what's in your book stack! Happy Reading!
